Thought this work truck would make for a cool Drift vehicle.
It can be used a a snap on truck or ice cream or delivery or !?!?!?

Wheelbase 257mm to 280mm using the provided spacers
Track 200mm
Following a chat and a request from an avid RC Drift enthusiast I designed this beauty of a truck(Well i really like it an way).
Printing should be quite easy with some supports needed for a few areas of the body and wheel if you print it.
The body assembles using 22pcs M2x10 flathead screws that are countersunk so the holes can be filled if that was desired. But I think the screws may give it a certain look.
Rear bumper uses 4 M3x 10
front Bumper is glued on(I may revise this)
If you want open doors on both sides you can mirror the right front panel in your slicer. The doors are simply glued into place from the inside.
The Window templates are fro cutting out some Poly-carbonate or similar clear material.
Rear LED's are 10mm
Side LED's are 5mm
Top Front and rear LED's are all 3mm
Headlight LED's are COB 12v 1 to 3 watts.(Link posted soon)
The headlights can be one with the Turbo or both lights normal.
The Inter-cooler is optional but can be mounted in different ways. the cooler and tube/hoses/pipes are separate and be configured to your needs. There are a few pictures of different setups.
The largest part is 202mm x 212.45mm
The highest part is 190mm
Ice Cream Window Assembly.(See Pics For parts details)
1-Print all the parts starting with "Ice Cream Window"
2-Cut out the Windows in 0.4-0.5 Polycarbonate sheets (or other clear materials) using the Window Templates.
3-Make sure windows fit into their frames.
4-Carefully Glue the sliding window into its frame.
5-Place the fixed window into the fixed window frame.
6-Carefully Place a small drop of glue into each corner of the Fixed Window and insert window retainer over it.
7-With the outer frame faced down, insert the sliding window face down and make sure it can move freely. Of not, gently sand the edges until it does.
8-Place the inner frame inside the outer frame and check to make sure the sliding window slides back and forth easily.
9-on the overlapping edges only(MAKE SURE NO GLUE GETS INTO THE SLIDING WINDOW AREA), apply a little glue and hold until cured.(Watch your fingers)
10- Make sure the completed window fits into the opening in the body panel and glue into place.
The serving tray is an optional part but can only be used when the window is open.
